description: An iconic coffee house in Launceston, Pierre’s history continues unbroken from 1956 The project set out to capture the essence of what the character of Pierre’s was; what was renowned as a brasserie, and how this should be grafted into a new and exciting direction for the business and new owners. The concept seeks to reflect the history of the brasserie, reinforce the French reference and create a retro-worn authenticity to the brand. The entire project includes the cohesive use and interpretation of the brand throughout the interior and exterior renovation including the coordination of custom designed carpet tiles used throughout the interior to reflect the visual identity of the brand, logo design, colour coordination, stationery, cards, menu design, website styling, various items of advertising and interior and exterior signage.
